Creating your client story

We’ll start by interviewing you to understand what your objectives are for your story. We’ll then get your perspective on the story of your work with your client. We use what we learn from speaking to you to help us prepare for the interview with your client.

We’ll create a set of unique questions and interview your client. The interview will last 30-60 minutes. Once complete, we’ll create the outline of the story and write the first draft. We share that first draft with you and your client to ensure we reflect the conversations we’ve had.

Any edits will be made and the case study will finally be signed off. It doesn’t end there though. We’ll work with you to make sure you get the most value from your case study investment. Our goal isn’t just to create awesome case studies, it’s to make sure they become genuine sales assets for your business.

Case Study Repurposing

Case studies aren’t just powerful, they’re also flexible. We want you to get the most from your case studies. The case studies we create can be repurposed in many different creative formats. We’ve partnered with a number of specialists so that your stories can be developed in the way that will work best for you, and your audience.

If you have your own designer, we’ll offer our advice on how to make the most of the creative option open to you.  And, if you don’t have someone to help you we’ll source the right partners and assume the role of project manager to make sure you get exactly what you need.
